Joe Barber – Search and Rescue

This is a personal project that I had some fun with. I’ve always been a big fan of the Cape Town comedy duo Joe and Gamat.

Pick ‘n Pay – Stickeez

This was the biggest TVC for the year at Keyframe. I did some character rigging and animation on the project.

Prudential Tennis Squeeze Back

This was one of my favourite projects because I got to use the Rayfire plugin for 3DS Max to fracture and destroy the wall. 

Prudential Cricket Squeezeback

In this squeezeback I had to animate a cricketer using 3DS max’s old Character Animation Studio. I was fairly happy with the result given the time frame.

PEPCell Vodacom & MTN

PEP and PEPCell TVCs was the staple workstream at Keyframe Animation Studio. This is one of the many that I’ve done over the course of a few years as a graphics generalist while I worked there.

In this TVC I created all the graphic elements, compositing and grading.

In this TVC I was assigned four shots and was the first time I had to deal with replacing green tracking objects with CG ones.
